All orders are cut on demand, and we do not stock inventory, for this reason we do not accept returns. However, if we have made an error or if your product arrives damaged we will gladly replace it at our own expense, provided that you

• report the damage or error within 7 days of receiving the product, and
• provide us with a photo of the damaged or incorrect order as proof of claim.

If for some reason you damage the product during installation or you have provided us with mis-information when placing your order, we will replace your order for 25% of the original amount - if it is a small portion that was damaged we will send you a replacement at minimal cost+shipping. (a photo will be required before we will proceed with the replacement). Again, such claims must be reported within 7 days of product arrival, and be accompanied by a photo that verifies the claim.

Please note: We send with all orders detailed instructions about how to apply the vinyl- Please read carefully before installing your vinyl. We also include a practice sticker for you to try before attempting your larger one.
