What information do we collect?

If you place an order we will collect information necessary for processing it such as your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, and email address.
If you sign up for our newsletter or sign up for an account we will ask for your name, email address and telephone number- you will also be required to set up a username and password for your own protection. We also ask for your birth date so that we can send you something special on your day.

In addition to the above information, we also collect statistical information to analyze how our website is being used so that we can offer you the best possible shopping experience- This information is not personal and does not identify you as an individual- our server, for example counts  how many people visited us and perhaps what pages they viewed- We would not know who viewed them, only that they were viewed.

Will you sell my information?

Who sees my information?

Your information is viewed to the extent that is needed to carry out a request (be it an order or a request for information etc). We also have certain contracted partners that may have access to limited information that you provide such as the mail carrier or the merchant account providers that we use to process your cc payments. Information is only shared on an absolute needs basis, and only by trusted persons.

What steps have you taken to protect my information?

All information that you provide is heavily encryted using above industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Software.
We do all of our Credit Card processing through PSI gate which is a well-known and higly reptuable Merchant acount provider. We also provide you with a personal client account that is secured with a username and password. Please always remember to sign out of your account when not in use.
