Canadian Orders:

All Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post ground unless otherwise requested. We usually require a 3-business day period for fulfillment of the order, with an additional 3-5 business day allowance for shippment, however, due to high order volumes, fulfillment of orders will take between 5 and 10 business days as we have recently been featured on Groupon. We thank you in advance for your patience and ask that you contact us for express service if fast delivery is necessary.

US Orders:

All US orders will be shipped via Fedex ground unless otherwise requested. We require a 3-day fulfillment period for all orders, with an additional 5-10 business days for shipment.

Be Aware:

Stock that is special order or that is not in stock will be delayed up to an addtional 5-10 business days.

We will contact you by email or telephone if we become aware of forseeable delays. The Vinyl Touch does not take responsibility for delays or missed deadlines- please use these guidelines as a general rule and give us more notice if you are needing something to be on time or if request rush shipping.
